Its an endless cycle: designers blame the casting directors, casting directors blame the agencies, agencies blame the designers, and over and over and over. Long story short, its racism, coupled w/ an idiotic idea that a model who is not white wont sell. Since no one takes the blame, everyone blames everyone else for the problem.
